Conference begins Friday, April 24, at Durley Camp and Retreat Center. Check-in begins at 2:00pm at Young Lodge. Come early and enjoy connecting with others on the beautiful Durley Camp grounds.
The first session will begin at 3:30pm in Young Lodge Upper Commons. Dinner will also be served in the Commons for those who registered for meals.
We will move to Greenville Free Methodist Church Address: 1367 IL Rt. 140, Greenville, IL 62246 after dinner and meet in the Sanctuary. You may park in either the east or west lots.
Saturday sessions will all take place at GFMC and will begin at 9:00am. You will want to park in the west parking lot at the South CE Annex Entrance.
Live Stream sessions at 7:30pm, Friday, April 24 and 4:00pm, Saturday, April 25, will be available on Greenville Free Methodist Church - YouTube (click green link to access)
Dress is business casual. No stoles required.
If you have registered, you will pick up your name tag at the entrance to Young Lodge at Durley Camp on Friday. Name tags will be in alphabetical order by last name.
Business Sessions will be held in Room C104 in the morning. Pastors and delegates should sit at the round tables 'on the floor.' Folders with business items will be at the round tables in Room C104 along with pens. Please leave chairs and booths for non-voting guests.
Service Awards will be presented during the Ministerial Education and Guidance Report on Friday.
Meals will be held in Room C102 for lunch and C104 and C102 for Dinner
Worship/Ordination Service will be held in Sanctuary at 7:30pm.

Coffee, Soda and Tea will be available all day. They will be located in the Commons area in Corridor C.
