Giving Deadlines for Gateway Conference:

Treasurers should close their accounts on December 31 and submit their accounts for audit by review or compilation by February 1. The Gateway Conference accounts will close January 5 to allow time to receive final contributions from churches.  All checks for 2025 must be dated by December 31, 2025.  Any checks written after that date will be credited in 2026.

Giving Deadlines and additional info for Free Methodist Church USA:

The cutoff dates for receiving donations for 2025 are as follows:

For Individual donors, to be included as a 2025 gift the check must be dated in 2025 and postmarked no later than December 31, 2025. Online gifts must be made no later than December 31, 2025. 

Church checks that qualify as 2025 missions giving must be dated in 2025 and postmarked no later than January 6, 2026. Online gifts must be made no later than December 31, 2025. 

The annual giving statements for donors will be processed and sent by January 30, 2026, for 2025 gifts.
