Retired Ministers can declare their retirement benefits received from the Free Methodist Church USA as a housing allowance. The form below needs to be filled out and returned to the World Ministries Center. If you choose to mail this form, the address is:

The Shepherd's Fund allows Free Methodist Elders age 67 and older the opportunity to apply for the funds to help cover medical costs. Each recipient can receive up to $25,000 for their lifetime to reimburse medical and related bills.
