If you have ten or more members, are the pastor of an affiliate (or if church plant under local church, pastor of that congregation) and are ready to start the process of forming a new church, please contact Supt. Tolly at supt.tolly@gmail.com for approval.  After approval has been given, a handbook is available to help with the administrative process of forming a new church.
