You will want to park in the parking lot at the South Entrance

If you have registered, you will pick up your name tag at the Welcome Center.  Name tags will be in alphabetical order by last name.

Business Sessions will be held in Room C104 in the morning.  Click here for schedule.

Service Awards will be presented during the Ministerial Education and Guidance Report.

Folders with business items will be at tables in Room C104 along with pens.

Meals will be held in Room C102 for lunch and C104 and C102 for Dinner

Afternoon sessions will be held in Sanctuary and Rooms C104 and C102

Worship/Superintendent Installation Service will be held in Sanctuary.  Recognition of new Societies and Lay Leader Awards also.  There will not be an Elders procession since there is not an Ordination Service.

Coffee, Soda and Tea will be available all day.  They will be located in the Commons area in Corridor C.

There will be snack tables (these will include the candy normally at tables) next to the Welcome Center Desk-please help yourself
