Registration is $35.00 (retired ministers and spouses may register at no charge).  This includes all meals (Saturday lunch and dinner).  Dinner only is available for $31.00 per person.  Please check dinner only if you are choosing that option. A nametag will be given to those who register and this will be used as your meal ticket.  Children under 12 may attend with meals at no charge but please list them below.  Make checks payable to:  Gateway Conference, 1501 Chicago Drive, Greenville, IL  62246.
